Kanzlei Menth was founded in 1997 by Günter Menth in Manacor. As a German Rechtsanwalt and registered Spanish Abogado inscrito, he works daily at the intersection of two legal systems – without an intermediary firm, without a translation step, without lost nuance.
His dual degree in Law and Hispanic Studies, combined with over 25 years of professional experience in Mallorca, creates an advisory approach that can be summarised in one word: foresight. We think a case through to its conclusion before it begins.
Clients come to us when a property needs to be sold, inherited, gifted, renovated or legalised – and a lawyer in Germany alone cannot cover the Spanish side. We bridge that gap.
